In the game of blind baseball, visually impaired players learn to use their sense of sound to make up for their lack of sight. The recreational sport is played using a ball that beeps and bases that buzz. For some of them, it's a chance to get outdoors and take up a level of athletic team competition which otherwise can be hard to find. For all them, faced with their own personal challenges in their daily lives, hitting and catching a ball and running full speed in total darkness teaches them that when they do the impossible, then nothing is impossible.
